Inclusions -

1. *AC Bus / Vehicle:* Provided throughout almost the entire journey, as per the above itinerary. (Note: At smaller pilgrimage sites or near temples, local rickshaw operators often do not permit out-of-town buses to enter. Therefore, travel to these specific spots will be via e-rickshaws. The e-rickshaw fares are included in the package.)

2. *Accommodation:* Deluxe AC twin-sharing rooms in hotels.

3. *Meals:* Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Tea, and Dinner. (Vegetarian only.) Each participant will be provided with two 500ml bottles of mineral water daily. (Homely-style food prepared by our dedicated Tour Kitchen team.)

4. *Tour Manager:* Our experienced Tour Manager will be constantly at your service and available for guidance throughout the entire journey.

5. *All Entry Fees:* Includes charges for e-rickshaws, local guides, and the Ganga boat ride.

6. *Local Guides:* Experienced local guides will be engaged at key pilgrimage sites.

7. *Assistance:* We will provide guidance regarding 'Sugam Darshan' (priority darshan) passes, as well as the availability of wheelchairs for pilgrims aged 70 and above.

8. *Optional Extension:* Should you wish to travel to Lucknow from Ayodhya, we can assist you in planning and arranging this extension.

Exclusions -

a. *Flight / Train Tickets:* These are not included in the base package price. However, we can assist you in booking your flight or train tickets at a nominal service charge. (Direct train connections to Varanasi are available from cities such as Mumbai, Pune, and Nashik.)

b. Room service; Non-vegetarian / Egg-based / Non-local cuisine; Soups; Desserts; Priestly services; *Dakshina* (religious offerings/gratuities); Porter/Coolie services; Medicines and medical treatments; Shopping and related expenses; Food consumed on trains or flights; Food parcels; Additional hours of hotel stay; *Darshan* (Temple Visit) Passes.

*Key Highlights -* A. We make—and will continue to make—our utmost effort to provide appropriate and dedicated service to all members to the best of our ability. In the event of any political disturbances, natural calamities, traffic congestion, or medical emergencies, the Tour Manager reserves the right to alter the itinerary. We kindly request your understanding and cooperation in such situations.

B. In this region, all Hindu temples remain closed between 12:00 PM (noon) and 4:00 PM (evening). Consequently, you should be prepared to get ready and depart as early as 6:00 AM on certain days.

C. Temple visits and sightseeing in this region often involve a fair amount of walking. On one or two days, you may be required to walk approximately 1 to 2 kilometers; please come mentally prepared for this. If you anticipate that the pilgrimage might be physically challenging for you, we recommend bringing a companion along.

D. Bus seating arrangements will be allocated on a priority basis: those who pay their pilgrimage booking advance first will be assigned the front-row seats in the bus, in chronological order of payment. We humbly request all fellow pilgrims to be considerate and supportive towards very senior citizens.

E. Booking Amount: ₹8,000 per person. 50% of the remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to the commencement of the tour. The final outstanding balance must be paid seven days prior to the commencement of the tour.

F. Cancellation Policy – (1) Administrative Charges = 10% of the Package Cost. (2) The balance amount—excluding expenses incurred on hotel rooms, train/flight tickets, bus bookings, etc.—will be refunded after the conclusion of the tour.
